Alkaline Cleaners
Straight-A/Industrial: Non-caustic cleaner with a special formulation to
penetrate and remove protein buildup as well as everything else found in
brew kettles, fermenters, etc. Your best bet for one step cleaning.
Ultra-Blaze: Everything you could ask from a caustic CIP cleaner, but
without the caustic. Provides exceptional dispersing and soil removal,
and so much more than caustic cleaners. Designed to replace caustics,
chlorinated caustics, and phosphates in CIP systems.
Standard #1: A super built caustic product for the brewmasters that
prefer the "old methods." This product incorporates chlorine and
chelating agents to provide a powerful yet economical CIP cleaner
New Standard: An easy to use liquid product which provides many of the
benefits of Standard #1. Simply add the liquid to your CIP system and
you're ready to roll.
Acid Cleaners
Acid Rinse: An acid blend with excellent penetrating properties to
remove stone, scale, and other mineral deposits. An excellent choice
for following cleaning to acidify your stainless equipment to
protect your capital investment.
Copper Wash: Acid cleaner designed specifically for copper kettles and
tanks. Utilizes wetting and penetrating agents that help to make quick
work of mineral based soils such as beer stone and scale.
Lo-Glow: An acid blend formulated to produce excellent results at low
temperatures. The best choice for an acid rinse or wash in situations
where a high temperatures are not desired.
Sanitizers
Ionize: Low foaming iodophor sanitizer.
Rinse Step: An acid/surfactant blend which provides one step sanitizing
(no rinsing required). Remains effective even in the presence of
residual soils, helping to sanitize while finishing the cleaning
process.
Manual Cleaners
HyFoam: A high foaming manual detergent suitable for use with pressure
sprayers. Incorporates wetting agents for fast penetration along
with dispersing and chelating compounds for immediate soil removal.
UltraFoam: A super-built version of HyFoam incorporating special protein
removing agents for difficult soils. An excellent choice for cleaning
bottling lines-- foam on, scrub down, rinse off!
Standard #2: The old standard, chlorinated trisodium phosphate.
